The selected candidate will serve as the Owner’s Representative, managing and supporting school modernization, renovation, capital improvement, and facility infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, design, preconstruction, construction, occupancy, closeout, and turnover. Ideal candidates will have experience with K-12 schools, educational facilities, higher education, or public-sector capital improvement programs; however, professionals with comparable commercial, municipal, healthcare, government, transit, or institutional construction experience will also be considered.
