Provide technical leadership to the engineering team by reviewing the work of engineers and designers, answering complex design questions, supporting training and development, and helping ensure consistent design quality. Partner with customers to solve technical challenges, including evaluating framing layouts, calculating special loads, supporting plan takeoffs, troubleshooting structural concerns, and identifying safe, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.
