The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Trader Voice/IPPC platforms, and Cloud9 trader communication technologies, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID) technologies, with a proven ability to deliver highly available, secure, and compliant collaboration services within a regulated financial services environment. This role is primarily responsible for the strategy, architecture, engineering, and operational excellence of Trader Voice, IPPC, Cloud9, enterprise telephony, SIP/VoIP infrastructure, voice recording, and communications compliance platforms that support business-critical communications across trading and front-office environments.
