Reporting to the Hiring Manager and working under the direction of our Lead Application Developer, this role designs, builds, and maintains LOS configurations, system integrations, and reporting/analytics that keep our lending operation running efficiently and in compliance. Beyond hands-on development, this person will act as a project lead, gathering requirements, scoping and sizing work, setting timelines, and delivering on commitments while championing engineering best practices, clean documentation, and repeatable process.
