We are looking for experienced apparel merchandisers with a passion for the Free Fly brand!Are you detail oriented, outdoorsy and have a genuine passion for Free Fly apparel? At Free Fly, “We believe that life's best moments are spent outside doing the things you love, so we made it our mission to empower your most comfortable life outdoors”. BRAND REP RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES<ul><li>Create stunning apparel displays that align with Free Fly's style and draw in customers </li><li>Elevate Free Fly's in-store presence</li><li>Merchandise apparel by product category & ensure displays meet brand guidelines </li><li>Engage with associates and consumers to increase Free Fly brand awareness and highlight the features and benefits of their products.</li><li>Check inventory in stock room to ensure all styles are on the floor</li><li>Commit to, and manage, your own work schedule of store visits in your assigned market</li></ul><ul><li>Complete store visit reports, utilizing ThirdChannel's mobile app to gather and submit intel, excellent photos, and well-written summaries</li></ul>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>Authentic passion for the Free Fly brand and the quality of their products</li><li>Previous experience merchandising apparel</li><li>Experience in a retail setting </li><li>Friendly personality and ability to build, and nurture, strong relationships with store team members</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously</li><li>Comfortable with technology in order to install, and navigate, the ThirdChannel app </li><li>A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above)</li></ul>JOB COMPENSATION AND PERKS<ul><li>This is a 1099 independent contractor position and provides excellent supplemental income </li><li>Our competitive pay starts at $20/hour and is based on your market and relevant experience. Travel incentive is added to every store visit</li><li>Store visits are once per month, one-hour each visit.
