KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and manage the NPI programs for Connected Industrials business (scope, plan milestones, budget, dependencies, risks, and change impacts) and engage the governance cadence (steering committee, business leadership, change control, program reporting, risk management, cost management, capitalization, delivery and operational readiness). Experience must include end-to-end program ownership across scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, governance, change control, operational readiness, and executive reporting, with demonstrated success aligning cross-functional teams to deliver business and customer outcomes.
