The Journeyman will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to service calls, identify equipment deficiencies, and work with customers and other ABM team members to maintain equipment reliability and facility operations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-handling units, rooftop units, split systems, package units, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, heat exchangers, and associated equipment.
