Qualifications WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong supermarket rack refrigeration experience CO/R744 system experience, including transcritical systems EPA Universal Certification - Required Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with Danfoss, Emerson/CPC, VFDs, and refrigeration controls Ability to diagnose compressor, refrigerant, oil system, electrical, and control failures Ability to perform leak detection, recovery, evacuation, charging, and system startups Ability to read electrical schematics and refrigeration diagrams Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation Join Us Today, there are 26 different companies that make up the CoolSys family of brands. Responsibilities The HVAC/R Technician role is primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers and humidifiers, RTUs, remote condensing units, ice machines, walk-in coolers & freezers, and upright refrigerators & freezers.
