Or equivalent combination of education and experience; KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of principles of gravity-fed drainage systems; Knowledge of all phases of building construction (drainage systems, sidewalks, land clearing, etc.); Knowledge of building and construction trades. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment involves continuous presence of unpleasant or irritating elements, such as considerable noise, odors, chemical fumes, dust, smoke, heat, cold, oil, dirt or grease.
