You will partner closely with patients throughout their healthcare journey, helping them understand new diagnoses, make informed decisions about treatment options, navigate advanced therapies and infusion treatments, and develop the knowledge and confidence needed to manage their health over time. Working collaboratively with providers, specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, insurance companies, caregivers, and community organizations, you will help patients navigate an often-complex healthcare system and access the resources they need to achieve their personal health goals.
