Assist participants with non-skilled activities of daily living (ADL’s) in the home and in the Day Center including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, hand and foot nail care and toileting as assigned or needed. Nestled at the base of Grand Mesa in beautiful Delta County, our location provides a peaceful, small-town setting surrounded by orchards, scenic byways, and easy access to outdoor recreation, local farms, and the charm of nearby communities.
