Evaluate, recommend and help implement technology solutions, including approved AI-enabled tools, to improve entity management, contract management, document organization, closing books, electronic signatures, transaction management and workflow efficiency, consistent with Firm policies. Coordinate transaction execution and closing logistics, including electronic signatures, delivery of closing documents and communication with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, registered agents, filing services, escrow companies, government agencies and other third parties.
