What Youll Do
<ul><li>Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy</li><li>Manage 1820 patients per day with a team consisting of MD, NP, LPN, and CNA/CMA staff</li><li>Document patient encounters using Epic EMR, with AI charting assistance</li><li>Participate in inpatient consults as needed, though primary focus is outpatient</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care</li><li>Follow clinic policies on schedule, dress code, and communication procedures</li></ul>
What You Need
<ul><li>NY State License in Hand</li><li>1+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment</li><li>Excellent communication and adaptability skills</li><li>Ability to handle chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies safely and effectively</li></ul>
