A CVOR RN, or Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse, is a specialized nurse who provides direct patient care during cardiovascular surgical procedures, assisting the surgical team by monitoring vital signs, handing instruments, managing surgical specimens, and ensuring a sterile environment throughout the operation, while also playing a crucial role in patient preparation and post-operative care in the recovery room. * Based on primary state of residency and in accordance with current Virginia Board of Nursing Regulations, must be licensed or eligible to practice pending licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia with either a: -Multi-state license, under the Nurse Licensure Compact OR Single-state license, valid in Virginia only.
