We are looking for a QA Engineer with 15+ years of experience in software testing and test automation Understand and articulate business and technical problems addressed by the product/AUT Break down complex requirements into clear, testable scenarios Define testing strategy, master test plan, and overall test schedule Drive testing across Component, Integration, UAT, and Production phases Set the direction and tone for quality delivery across multiple teams Identify test data needs and create mock/synthetic test data as required Proficiency in at least one automation tool means: Selenium, Cucumber, IBM RFT, etc. Experience in Agile/Scrum, test & defect lifecycle, and test management tools Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and perform under pressure A team player and effective communicator Transparent, self-driven, and quality-focused Comfortable leading testing strategy across large programs.
