Skillfully assist patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming as outlined on the plan of care necessary to prevent or postpone hospitalization. The CNA is responsible for providing personal care and other services outlined in the Plan of Care to patients/clients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
