Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in tool room operations or a machinist environment is required • Proficiency in Manual and CNC machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, EDM) • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of safety protocols and proper tool/machine handling • Understanding of metallic materials, cutting tools and machining processes • Experience with dimensional metrology, including GD&T • Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is preferred . Additional Competencies: Ability to consistently meet deadlines is required • Effective verbal, non-verbal, negotiation and written communication skills are required • Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with internal and external customers is required • Effective attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills are required • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking skills, problem solving and project scheduling skills is required .
