Working collaboratively with pediatricians, specialists, therapists, and ancillary team members, the RN helps coordinate individualized care plans and promote continuity across the care experience. As part of a supportive, team-oriented pediatric environment, this position promotes safety, comfort, and positive health outcomes through clear communication, patient and family education, and attentive clinical practice.
