S/he manages vendor relationships, drives innovation, and partners with HR, Learning & Development, IT, Safety, Operations, and business leaders to maximize technology adoption, user experience, operational effectiveness, and organizational value while defining the future direction of Bakers learning technology ecosystem. Serving as the product owner for the LMS, this role ensures the platform delivers an intuitive, engaging, and business-aligned learning experience while supporting compliance, operational excellence, workforce capability, and organizational growth.
