Knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including firewalls, load balancers, intrusion detection systems/network intrusion detection systems (IDS/NIDS), network address translation (NAT), port address translation (PAT), virtual local area networks (VLANs), access control lists (ACLs), and cloud networking architectures. The candidate will support the creation and delivery of certification-focused training programs, Written Course of Instruction (WCI) materials, and other technical learning products, while also performing task analysis, content development, course maintenance, and instructional delivery to meet program requirements.
