Your current résumé, state of residence, Health Insurance Producer License information, all states where you're currently licensed, a summary of your health insurance experience and the products you've worked with, whether you're fluent in Spanish, and your availability during OEP. You'll earn $40 for each completed, eligible advisement, with no hourly wage or guaranteed appointment volume; volume varies with member demand, scheduling, licensing, seasonality, and business needs.
