In partnership with the coaching staff, develops a strong Christ-centered team culture that reflects Vanguard's mission and values while supporting the spiritual, academic, athletic, and personal development of student-athletes, the athletic department objectives, and team success. Excellent customer service: must be team-oriented, able to demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, both orally and in writing, and work with multiple audiences both externally and internally.
