Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12• Teach core skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, movement, and teamwork• Follow the Skills Institute curriculum and class structure• Create a positive, encouraging, and appropriately challenging environment• Promote teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship• Build strong relationships with players and families• Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers professionally and enthusiastically• Support special events and local marketing initiatives when needed. • Flexible part-time hours• Consistent weekly schedule throughout each 13-week season• Limited coaching experience required• Supportive and energetic team environment• Opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and coaching skills• Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company• The chance to make a meaningful impact on young athletes.
