Candidates should have the following characteristics:-Motivational and inspires athletes to improve and work hard-Knowledge of the skills and tactics of gymnastics-Excellent communication skills with participants, parents and program coordinators-Good character and positive role model Compensation: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour When you work somewhere this fun, it doesn’t even feel like a job.
