Working with other event group coaches and reporting to the head coach, the candidate will have primary responsibility for developing athletes the high jump and pole vault, and for assisting the Head Coach with developing athletes from 60m to 400m, in addition to the long jump and triple jump. Demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship, and conduct representative of the coaching profession; Adhere to all Lasell University, NCAA and Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) bylaws, rules and philosophies, and work to educate the student-athletes about those tenets.
