The core responsibilities of a Coach fall under the following four primary umbrellas: building relationships, tracking student data, guiding students in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles, and setting and maintaining a positive school culture. Provides support (for example, tutoring and substituting), works closely, and maintains open communication with leadership, team members, and students to support student success.
