Coaches must demonstrate consistent professionalism, safety awareness, strong communication skills, high physical stamina, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, camps, and special events as required. Center Operations & Facility Maintenance Coaches must: Complete all pre-shift and post-shift duties (cleaning, equipment setup/breakdown, checklists).
