Through individual coaching, group facilitation, course instruction, and career education programming, Career Coaches help students clarify their professional identities, test possibilities through experience, develop job and internship search strategies, create effective application materials, and prepare for interviews, networking, graduate study, and post-graduation success. The Career Coach position provides holistic, student-centered career coaching and facilitation that helps students explore possibilities, design meaningful next steps, implement plans through action and experience, and realize connections between their Earlham education, their goals, and their future.
