This role oversees workflow, staff, quality activities, equipment readiness, and laboratory records while ensuring the laboratory operates in accordance with CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, manufacturer instructions, and applicable state and local requirements. At least 4 years of progressive clinical laboratory experience, including demonstrated lead, training, or supervisory responsibility; experience with automated chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, or allergy testing preferred.
