The Production Coach assigns duties, monitors workflow, and takes appropriate action to address operational challenges while effectively communicating issues, concerns, or observations that may impact Lears ability to manufacture a quality product and achieve on-time delivery commitments. As a member of the Operations team, the Production Coach is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production employees to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives are met.
