General areas of responsibility include faculty and/or staff recruitment, supervision, and development; student advisement and assistance; curriculum development, modification, and oversight; departmental and institutional communication; budget preparation and oversight; professional practice placement; advisory committee coordination; and other general administrative duties. JOB SUMMARY: The Health Information (HI) Program Director in collaboration with the Division Dean is responsible for the overall leadership, organization, administration, course, and program assessment, planning, development, accreditation, program approval, and general effectiveness of the program.
