We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment community in Branson, MO. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven success in property management, resident relations, and team development.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor relations.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and manage onsite staff including leasing professionals, maintenance, and housekeeping team members.</li><li>Drive occupancy and revenue goals through leasing strategies, marketing efforts, and renewal retention.</li><li>Prepare, manage, and adhere to property budgets, financial reporting, and expense control.</li><li>Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Handle resident relations, resolve complaints, and enforce lease compliance in accordance with fair housing laws and company policies.</li><li>Approve invoices, monitor vendor performance, and coordinate contracted services.</li><li>Maintain accurate records including rent collections, deposits, delinquency tracking, and lease files.</li><li>Report directly to Regional/Corporate leadership with weekly updates on occupancy, financials, and operations.</li></ul>RequirementsQualifications<ul><li>4+ years of Property Manager experience (apartment community experience strongly preferred; 400+ unit property management experience a plus).</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Rent Manager, Yardi, ResMan, or similar property management software preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting occupancy, collections, and budget goals.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.</li><li>Ability to manage a large team and foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li/></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Rent Manager: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Property Management: 2 years (Required</li></ul>BenefitsWhat We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based bonus structure</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Health, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>Professional development and advancement opportunities</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented company culture</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>
