The team is responsible for delivering full employee lifecycle support-from onboarding through separation-in partnership with the broader People Team, including Recruiting, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Inclusion, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations. This role partners closely with regional Employee Experience leaders (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and maintains strong alignment with the Global Risk & Compliance function to ensure consistency in processes, policies, controls, and audit readiness.
