POSITION SUMMARY: The Arcade and Family Entertainment Team Member will facilitate the use, maintenance, and cleanliness of all entertainment equipment at AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: <ul><li>Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of arcade games, kiosks, and POS system </li><li>Oversee the use of entertainment equipment </li><li>Monitor inventory levels in games and redeem tickets/points for prizes </li><li>Understand the safe and proper use of entertainment equipment </li><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment </li><li>All additional duties assigned by management </li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Must be a team player </li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays AC/DC electronic experience required </li><li>Able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics </li><li>Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware </li><li>Be self-motivated but still be able to follow directions from others </li><li>Be well organized and able to multi-task </li><li>Perform well under pressure and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner </li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: <ul><li>Working environment is fast paced </li><li>Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. </li><li>Facility have intermitted noise </li></ul>

Our Sports Recreation Entertainment (SRE) group is seeking a Project Architect to join our Kansas City studio.In this role, youll partner closely with the Project Manager and Project Designer to lead the technical delivery of high-profile projects-from early design through construction. Youll play a critical role in shaping how projects are documented, coordinated, and built, while mentoring teams and contributing to a culture of technical excellence.Responsibilities• Lead iconic sports recreation entertainment projects
• Champion the design intent for stadiums, arenas, training facilities, recreation centers, and entertainment venues, ensuring it is fully realized in detailed documentation
• Guide projects from early concept through construction administration, ensuring clarity, consistency, and buildability
• Lead technical problem-solving and coordination across architecture, structure, MEP specialty systems, and venue consultants
• Set document production strategies, including drawing organization, BIM execution, and data management for large multi-discipline teams
• Oversee QA reviews and ensure comments are thoughtfully incorporated
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire architects and technical staff producing complex SRE documentation
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and sustainable design
• Partner with clients and stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with client leadership, operators, and stakeholders
• Communicate clearly around design intent, technical requirements, schedules, and deliverables
• Participate in client presentations, milestone reviews, and coordination meetings
• Participate in business development efforts, pursuits, and client engagement opportunities within the SRE market
• Collaborate across disciplines
• Work closely with Principals, consultants, vendors, contractors, and specialty venue partners
• Coordinate with municipal agencies and authorities having jurisdiction for approvals and variances
• Attend site visits, field reviews, and construction meetings
• Review contractor schedules, shop drawings, and submittals-often for complex assemblies unique to SRE projects
• Support specification development, material research, and integration of HOK Standards
• Contribute to cost reviews, schedule adherence, and interdisciplinary coordination
• Integrate sustainable and high-performance design strategies into all phases of workEducation & ExperienceA Bachelors degree in Architecture is required. A Masters degree is preferred. 5 years of professional architectural experience, preferably on complex or large-scale sports recreation or entertainment projects, is required. Licensed Architect with current registration is required. NCARB registration is preferred. Kick back on the deck and hit the surf; it's the perfect party. Entertainment Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Must be willing and able to show that you are energetic, outgoing, fun person while maintaining professionalism at all times.</li><li>Must be willing to provide outstanding and professional service with a smile to ensure contribution to the atmosphere of the venue.</li><li>Communicate with guests clearly, patiently and with good humor.</li><li>Attends practices to ensure organized choreography is learned for performing in front of venue crowds.</li><li>Dances during open hours of venue to draw guests to get on the dance floor.</li><li>Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.</li></ul>Entertainment Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience with dancing in public performances preferred.</li><li>Must have knowledge of musical trends and relevant dances and be comfortable dancing in public.</li><li>Must be at least the age of 18, if required to serve alcohol, age must be appropriate per state regulations.</li></ul>The Entertainment position requires the ability to perform the following:<ul><li>Be able to work nights and weekends.</li><li>Be able to stand and dance for long periods of time.</li></ul>
