Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or related field 3 or more years of hands‑on marketing experience including project management Strong writing, visual, and design skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience owning projects end‑to‑end-not just assisting Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media and email marketing tools; ideally also Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms Very organized, self‑directed, and comfortable juggling priorities. Create content for websites, ads, email campaigns, newsletters, internal communications, and social media Tell visual stories using photography, video, graphics, and copy Highlight projects, behind‑the‑scenes work, and client successes.
