Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute the performance of all maintenance administration and management functions for MCPP-PHIL and MCPP-PHIL Organic equipment implementing the following: Advise, support, and assist maintenance personnel to ensure a systematic approach to maintenance operations of ground equipment. Manage the following programs: MDSS II, PQDR, Calibrations, Modifications, Quality, Safety, CPAC, Publication Control, warranty, Tool Control, and Deferred Maintenance Programs, including system troubleshooting and problem solving.
