Assists with the operations of the athletic communications department (social media content, feature writing, and managing/updating FloridaTechSports.com), and manages all academic, competition, and community engagement content, and all event management tasks for sports covered, adhering to all athletic and University policies and protocols, and using all athletic and university software and technology systems, documentation, travel arrangements, equipment/supplies, maintenance, orders, and community service. Assist with the coordination and compilation of all record books and other historical data for sports covered, including the oversight of maintaining accurate input of statistics utilizing approved NCAA software, distribution of official stats to coaches, opponents, Sunshine State Conference, NCAA, and other required services (including the nomination of scholar-athletes, coaches, and teams for weekly, pre/postseason academic, and athletic awards).
