PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience working with Internet-based recruiting and applicant tracking systems • Two years prior recruitment, staffing, human resources, sales, marketing and/or public relations experience in health care Other skills/knowledge: • Knowledge and understanding of health care recruitment industry trends. Involvement in the full life cycle recruitment process includes sourcing, creating marketing and advertising proposals, screening, telephone and face to face interviews, drafting interview itineraries, travel coordination, reference and background checking and benefit explanation.
