Responsibilities:
 Responsibilities included, but not limited to:<ul><li>Run day-to-day operations with crews of 5-30 technicians of a project/program or sub-section of a project/program.</li><li>Responsible for job site safety, to include overseeing daily safety meetings and performing job site safety inspections. </li><li>Determining labor requirements and dispatching workers to construction sites.</li><li>Interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.</li><li>Interface with engineering team to ensure design efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with field personnel and/or engineering team to discuss any potential installation issues. </li><li>Interface with internal and external customers.</li><li>Plan material location and storage to enhance project productivity.</li><li>Plan equipment and material needs to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Suggest process improvements and cost saving measures.</li><li>Assist technicians with installation work as needed to maintain project schedule and budget.</li><li>Maintain organized and detailed project records (Daily Work Tickets, etc.).</li><li>Provide Project Manager with weekly project status and schedule updates.</li><li>Interface with customers to address project status and/or customer concerns.</li><li>Utilize project tracking tools to track progress, document issues and conditions daily.</li><li>1Maintain as-builts documents as work is completed.</li><li>Build project schedule to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish installation plan.</li><li>Understanding and managing projects cost as it relates to the budget.</li><li>Plan and execute project delivery to include project kick-off, procurement, pre-testing, pre-fabrication, installation, commissioning, punch list and close-out.</li><li>Responsible for continuous quality control to ensure compliance with industry and company standards, project plans, drawings, specifications, and Owner requirements.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, design artifacts, and project specifications.</li><li>Identify changes to scope of work (SOW), assist project team with pricing, implement approved changes on project.</li><li>Validate project estimate post award for constructability, manpower requirements, material budgets and equipment requirements.</li><li>Confer with senior management, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and project issues.</li><li>Assist project team with acquiring permits, badge/access requests, scheduling inspections, and assuring that installation complies with local codes and standards. </li></ul> 

Qualifications:
Qualifications / Skills Sets / Expectations:<ul><li>5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree (i.e. Engineering Technology, Construction Management) and 5+ years of Installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF and/or Telecommunications fields. OR </li><li>High school diploma with 10+ years of Installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF and/or Telecommunications fields.</li><li>Experience working on telecommunication and electronic security projects ranging from $50,000 to $5M</li><li>Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.</li><li>Experience installing Information Transport Systems</li><li>Experience using MS Office Suit, CPM Scheduling, Cost estimating, modeling, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software.</li><li>Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, and drawings on electrical and security projects.</li><li>Familiar with standard deliverables and work process on construction and integration projects.</li><li>Must be a problem owner/solver having strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to effectively plan and organize one's own activities or the activities of others.</li><li>Able to work in a diverse environment, with personnel having a range of backgrounds.</li><li>Requires reliable attendance at project locations during working hours.</li><li>Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights and weekends.</li><li style="color:black">The position requires approximately one week of out-of-state training, beginning on the official start date.</li></ul>Abilities:<ul><li>Exposure to computer screens for extended periods of time.</li><li>Sitting for extended periods of time</li><li>Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.</li><li>Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.</li><li>Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.</li><li>Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.</li><li>Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.</li><li>Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.</li><li>Identify and understand the speech of another person. </li></ul>#DS

Overview:
Achieve territory sales goals by promoting products and services to physicians and other medical personnel within assigned geography. Educate customers on the appropriate use, characteristics and approved indications of products.  Professionally represent the company and ensure high levels of visibility and customer service in territory. Maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.  

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Effectively promote and educate Specialty physicians on the appropriate use of rare disease products through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, company-approved promotional speaker programs and other company-approved means.</li><li>Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity. Meet territory product sales goals while adhering to all defined ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines and required promotional regulations</li><li>Execute company-approved Product Marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities</li><li>Support targeted customers and accounts using company-approved resources, sales materials and promotional activities/programs/initiatives as identified by Sales Leadership</li><li>Appropriately managing/maintaining all company equipment and company-approved promotional materials (e.g., sales materials, company literature, product samples, etc.) according to defined company compliance guidelines</li><li>Ensure optimum territory sales strategy execution using territory business plans, regional business plans and all appropriate sales reports</li><li>Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical related meetings as directed by company management.</li><li>Responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics</li><li>Actively pursue continuous learning and professional sales development on effective sales/communication techniques and product/therapeutic area knowledge.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
