Outreach & Growth RepresentativePay: $60,000 Per Year + CommissionJob Type: Full-Time  JOB DESCRIPTIONWe here at Great Strides ABA Corp are on the hunt for a driven and community-connected Outreach & Growth Representative to expand our reach and connect more families with the services they need. If you love building relationships, hitting targets, and knowing your work directly helps children — this role will energize you every single day.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Complete 12–15 drop-in per day,  targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day</li><li>Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline from lead to active service</li><li>Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases and serve as liaison between field staff and headquarters</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations</li><li>Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metrics</li></ul>SKILLS<ul><li>Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition</li><li>Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results</li><li>Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li><li>Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus</li></ul>WHAT SETS YOU APART?You don't just knock on doors — you build relationships that last.
