Position Summary: The Home Health & Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison will develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, case managers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, discharge planners, and other referral sources to generate qualified referrals and admissions. We are seeking an experienced and driven Home Health & Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison who understands the healthcare referral market, has established relationships with referral sources, and can help us grow our census.
