Operates, controls, and safely shuts down primary and auxiliary power plant systems, including low and high-pressure steam boilers, turbines, generators, chillers, and HVAC equipment using control boards and sequential switches. Supports plant leadership by assisting with team work assignments, training colleagues on daily equipment operations, and participating in workshops, training seminars, and assigned special projects.
