This role will focus on third-party risk management, anti-corruption, sanctions compliance, training and communications, compliance risk assessments, policy governance, monitoring and testing, investigations, data analytics, and continuous program improvement The global ethics and compliance manager will provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders and help ensure that business operations, procedures, transactions, relationships with third parties, and internal controls comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience with anti-bribery and corruption, including the U.S. foreign corrupt practices act and UK bribery act, conflicts of interest, Sanctions and export controls, third-party risk management, investigations, government interactions, privacy, KYC, and corporate compliance programs.
