Executes general building repairs and improvements from the very small to more involved, such as: replacing doors and doorknobs, painting, drywall repair and spackling, basic plumbing, basic electrical including bulbs and ballasts, roof repairs, generator tune-ups, cypher locks, replacing batteries in the vaults, trash pickup, disaster recovery and maintaining the retention log for shredding and shred events held at the credit union. Responsible for spring/summer/fall duties such as painting of interior and exterior of buildings, scheduled improvement, emergency repairs and maintenance, weed spraying, generator, cleanouts, drive-thru cleanouts, daylight savings time clock changes, thermostat battery replacement schedule, sidewalk repairs and trimming bushes.
