Inspects property to ensure billing accuracy, checking dwelling units, type of dwelling, leaks, high usage, meter locations and proper service address; coordinates meter repairs; turns service on/off, pulls meters, and assesses fees and damages as appropriate; identifies and tracks certificates of occupancy in developments with master meters to assure proper revenue collection. Performs and coordinates field inspections to ensure compliance with applicable business licensing requirements, refuse franchise requirements, and municipal codes; schedules inspections and appointments; and maintains documentation of daily inspections, findings, and violations.
