Paid Time Off Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, marketing, communication, or related field, with a master's degree preferred and Seven plus years in aggressive fundraising environment personally raising $1 million plus in gifts, previous corporate fundraising and major gifts a must; three years supervisory experience; prior active experience in Interchange or relevant donor software and donor databases required, or Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
