The position supports HR data governance and quality; develops reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce insights; fulfills recurring institutional and regulatory reporting needs; and partners with HR functional leaders, the HCM Systems Analyst, Information Technology, Finance/Budget, Institutional Effectiveness, and other stakeholders to ensure workforce data are accurate, secure, consistent, and useful. We promote student success and community development by providing affordable access, through traditional and distance learning modes, to higher education and workforce training, including appropriate applied baccalaureate degrees, in our service area.
