Assists the compliance team in developing and supporting an ethical culture at San Diego PACE including increasing awareness of compliance issues among management and employees and encouraging a culture where employees can raise concerns without fear of retaliation. Assist with monitoring regulatory communications from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), and other regulatory agencies.
