Join the team of Employee Owners at Mi-T-M!Job Summary:An Assembler is responsible for accurately interpreting blueprints, assembling product components with hand tools and other equipment, and ensuring all finished goods meet quality standards.Hours: 5am - 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday (overtime hours as needed)Responsibilities:<ul style="text-align:left"><li style="text-align:justify">Interpret assembly blueprints to determine required assembly, exterior finish on product, and any special options that the customer may have selected </li><li style="text-align:justify">Check operating controls and safety stops on conveyor</li><li style="text-align:justify">Check power and hand tools for correct operation </li><li style="text-align:justify">Assemble components per customer order by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies </li><li style="text-align:justify">Ensure that all parts, sub-assemblies, and finished goods meet quality standards</li><li style="text-align:justify">Communicate clearly with line leads/foreman when assistance or guidance is needed </li><li style="text-align:justify">Clear unused items at the end of a run and prepares workstation for next run </li><li style="text-align:justify">Maintain clean and safe working environment</li><li style="text-align:justify">Assist other lines when help is needed, or primary line is shut down </li><li style="text-align:justify">Additional duties as assigned</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li style="text-align:left">Willingness to learn new tasks and skills</li><li style="text-align:left">Ability to read and interpret blueprints </li><li style="text-align:left">Great work ethic and attendance </li><li style="text-align:left">Excellent problem-solving abilities</li><li style="text-align:left">Strong attention to detail </li><li style="text-align:left">Flexibility and adaptability </li><li style="text-align:left">Ability to lift 50lbs </li><li style="text-align:left">High school diploma or GED required</li></ul>
