Attention to detail a must; • 2+ years experience in an assembly environment: • Must be able to stand in one place for an extended period of time; • Ability to read blueprints; • Ability to communicate effectively; • Work efficiently, effectively while following set procedures and meeting deadlines; • Demonstrate safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self or others and contribute to continuous improvement; • Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required for employment. Essential and Physical Activities: • Strength - Must be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs, push and pull up to 75lbs; • Motion - Constant walking frequent and sustained bending, crouching, stopping, kneeing, squatting and overhead reaching and climbing ladders; • Vision/Hearing Requirements - Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and hear audible alarms; • Work Environment - Works on varied surfaces.
